Systems maintenance
Designed for the small-sized networks, owning between 1 and 15 active systems and equipments. The package includes basic services, needed by the maintenance and the service of the systems and equipment. The package includes from 1 to 4 monthly visits and from 4 to 8 visits of assistance on demand, every month, at the client's headquarters. The remote interventions and the technical support by phone and email are unlimited.
IT Outsourcing
Designed for the medium-sized networks, owning between 16 and 50 active systems and equipments. The services included cover the maintenance and the service of the systems, the management of the equipment and of the network, the management of the servers and services, as well as voice/IP services. The package offers between 8 and 12 monthly visits and between 8 and 16 visits of assistance on demand, monthly, at the client's headquarters. The remote assistance and the technical support by phone and email are unlimited.
Services outsourcing
Designed for the large networks, containing more than 50 active systems and equipments. The included services cover all the aspects demanded by the operation of the systems, the equipment, the servers, the local or remote services, the voice and IP systems, the backup and replication, infrastructure and security services, the access control and CCTV. The package includes: SLA based services, onsite dedicated team, onsite and remote assistance and technical support by phone and email.
