Our offer of systems maintenance and network management applies both to small and medium enterprises, but also to bigger companies interested to outsource their IT services.
Based on the premise that every company has different needs, we have created 5 types of service packages destined to the system maintenance, which differ depending on the client's IT requirements.
Our packages for systems maintenance are organized so that the amount of hours and the allocated services can cover the needs of the client's network, without involving supplementary costs.
This service will provide for our client:
- On-site visits (at the client's headquarters) of a ComputerExpert specialist, according to a specified schedule, depending on the size of the network and on the needs of the client (i.e: daily, weekly, or twice a month visits)
- On-site assistance included in the contract, on the client's demand.
- Remote assistance, remote connections to the client's system, in order to repair problems occurred.
- Helpdesk, email and phone support.
The maintenance and the continuous technical inspections of the client's system and network will ensure that these will function properly and that the non-productive periods caused by frequent failures will be avoided.

Designed for the small-sized networks, owning between 1 and 15 active systems and equipments. The package includes basic services, needed by the maintenance and the service of the systems and equipment.
